Bernie Sanders says 'closed' primary rule disenfranchised 3M independent voters in N.Y.
NEW YORK, April 19 (UPI) -- Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders tore into New York state on Tuesday for its closed primary system, saying it has disenfranchised 3 million residents who are registered independents here.

Most US Presidential Primaries Rigged
Independents not being able to vote in some states and oppressive voting primaries make a difference in the real #s for all candidates. Is Hillary truly winning the people's vote?
Most voting primaries are rigged and these discriminatory processes need to change AND those who cannot vote as independents in closed primaries or need "proper" ids, hopefully will change their registration or get "acceptable id" in time to have their voices heard. @Bernie Sanders We, the people, need to change discriminatory voting practices. Our country and world depend on it.
